Sue Knase is a distinguished executive with over 20 years of accounting and placement experience. 

Her early experience in accounting also included working in public accounting. Next, Sue worked with a national placement organization placing accountants. She won awards and excelled at this work but it did not fulfill her entrepreneurial side and she wanted a change.  If she could deal with three children under age four (twins), she could do anything. 

Sue started Help Wanted, Incorporated in 1995. Owning her own business gives her a special insight to the tenacity it takes to be successful.  When working with business owners, she can feel their pain when things are not going according to plan. This insight adds to her ability to partner with them to understand their needs. 

With candidates, Sue is fearless and absolutely confident that change is really an opportunity for adventure. Her contagious enthusiasm motivates the individuals that she coaches to find and follow their dreams.

Help Wanted, Incorporated has made the “Top 25 Executive Search Firms List” multiple times. Sue has placed more than 1000 accountants in the Twin Cities.

Sue stays active with her family and plays on a volleyball team. She also enjoys traveling – especially to warm ocean front areas.
