Map & Directions

We are located on the south frontage road off of 494 that goes between Normandale Blvd (Hwy 100) and France Avenue.  We are in the Southgate Office Plaza a 10-story, white building. You will see a black sign for Oak City Restaurant that is in our building. (Billabongs Pub and Grill used to be here).  You can park on either side of the building. Come up to Suite 397.

FROM THE EAST
ST PAUL AREA COMING SOUTH ON I-35E AND WEST ON I-494: 
Take I-35E South and merge onto I-494 W via Exit 99B. You will be driving west on I-494 for 9 miles. The exit before France Avenue is Penn Avenue.  (Do NOT take)  France Avenue is the next exit. Exit on France Avenue South/CR-17 S (Exit 6B). Turn LEFT at the top of the ramp and go over 494 and stay to your right and immediately RIGHT turn unto the frontage road -American Blvd. (used to be called West 80th Street). You will see Joe Senser’s Sports Bar, car dealerships and the Olive Garden Restaurant on this frontage road.  We are next to the Nissan/Mercedes car dealer. 

FROM THE WEST
CHANHASSEN AREA COMING EAST ON MN-5 E/I-494:
Take Arboretum Blvd/MN-5 E. Continue to follow MN-5 E and merge unto I-494/MN-5 E coming east for about 5 miles to France Avenue. Exit on France Avenue -turn RIGHT at the top of the exit and turn RIGHT AGAIN immediately unto the frontage road which is American Blvd. (used to be called West 80th Street).  You will be backtracking slightly and you are coming west now on the frontage road. You will see Joe Senser’s Sports Bar, car dealerships and the Olive Garden Restaurant. We are next to the Nissan/Mercedes car dealership.

FROM THE NORTH
BROOKLYN CENTER AREA COMING SOUTH ON HWY 100:
Take Hwy 100 South. Hwy 100 becomes Normandale Blvd at about I-494. Just the name changes- keep coming south. After you see I-494, get into the FAR LEFT LANE.  You will be turning LEFT at the STOP LIGHT which is West 84th Street. You will turn LEFT AGAIN immediately unto the frontage road that goes between the gas station and the Highland Bank Building. We are on this frontage road (West 80th --American Blvd)  You will see Majors Restaurant and you are driving north for a very short distance and the road CURVES RIGHT and you are coming EAST now and will see a 10 story, white building, Southgate Office Plaza. 

FROM THE SOUTH
LAKEVILLE AREA COMING NORTH ON I-35W:
Come North on I-35W N to I-494 W/MN-5W via Exit 9B. You will travel west on 494 for 1.4 miles. Take the France Avenue South/CR-17 S exit, (Exit 6B). Turn LEFT at the top of the ramp and go over 494 and stay to your right and immediately RIGHT turn unto the frontage road -American Blvd. (used to be called West 80th Street). You will see Joe Senser’s Sports Bar, car dealerships and the Olive Garden Restaurant on this frontage road.  We are next to the Nissan/Mercedes car dealer. 

FROM DT MINNEAPOLIS AREA
COMING SOUTH ON I-35W:
Coming out of downtown, take I-35W South for 7.3 miles.  Exit unto I-494 W/MN-5W via Exit 9B. You will be coming west on 494 for 1.3 miles.  Exit on France Avenue South/CR-17 S Exit 6B.  Turn LEFT at the top of the ramp and go over 494. Stay to your right and immediately RIGHT turn unto the frontage road- American Blvd W.  You will see Joe Senser’s Sports Bar, car dealerships and the Olive Garden Restaurant on this frontage road.  We are next to the Nissan/Mercedes car dealer.
